01. Qual o valor do estacionamento do Beach Park?

No estacionamento do Beach Park, o valor da diária custa R$25,00.

02. What are the park hours?

The box office will open at 10.30 a.m. and the Water Park is open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. (In low season, the park is closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays).

03. Are there cribs, bathtubs and strollers for babies in the resort?

Yes, the resort offers strollers for rent. The crib and baby bathtub are provided.

Paque Aquático
01. In which rides children under 1 meter in height can play?

There is a reserved area in the park, called Arca de Noé (Noah’s Ark), that is only for children, as well as Acqua Circo and Ilha do Tesouro (Treasure Island).

02. Can I come and go as many times as I want to the water park? How?

Yes. At the park exit, we take a photo of the people who wish to get out and hand out a card. On your way back, a computer reads the card and your photo appears. That way, we identify the person and the entrance is cleared.

03. Is there a restaurant inside the Water Park?

Yes. It is called Beach Grill (self-service).

04. Is there somewhere in the Water Park where I can store my belongings?

Yes.

05. Are the floats used in the Water Park rented?

No. The park has floats for every attraction that requires them.

01. If I wish to go to the beach, do I need to buy a ticket to the Water Park?

No, you can have access to the beach area without purchasing a ticket.

03. Is there a baby-changing station within the Water Park?

Yes. At the entrance of the women's bathroom located next to the Najas slides.

04. What are the park hours?

The box office will open at 10.30 a.m. and the Water Park is open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. (In low season, the park is closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays).

05. What kind of activity is in the Resort?

The Resort promotes activities for both adults and children. For adults: soccer, gymnastics, biribol, games, competitions and Fitness Center, which operates from 7:15 a.m. to 9 p.m. For children, we have the Kid's Beach. In addition, the Resort has an Entertainment Management that prepares a fixed weekly schedule for both children as well as adults. Schedules are prepared based on the weekly occupancy forecast.

06. What activities does the resort offer for children under four?

We have a space called "Kid's Club" which consists of a playroom, a game room with Ping-Pong, billiards, foosball and video games; an area for art workshops and playground, near the Kid's Area. All our children guests can participate in children's activities, but those under four must be accompanied by an adult (parent or guardian).

07. Does the Resort have a nanny service?

The resort offers an outsourced service, which must be requested at the front desk or Guest Service, at least 24 hours in advance, and will be paid directly to the professional.

08. Does the Resort provide a clothes iron?

We offer an ironing service, provided by housekeeping.
